APPRENTI concepts provide on-the-job training, disability accommodations, and career advancement opportunities in, often times, multi-concept footprints that allow our culinary professionals to educate and train employees on different areas in a restaurant kitchen, cooking techniques, and international cuisines. APPRENTI concepts offer full-time apprenticeships in the culinary arts of pasta making, baking and pastries, traditional sushi preparation, smoked meats and barbecue, authentic Chinese cuisine and many more. In addition to operating full-time restaurants, APPRENTI concepts provide local restaurants and hospitality outlets with goods and services superior to those produced by seasonal, non-local hires.

Our open floor plan allows guests to see thru the entire kitchen as chefs and apprentices prepare everything from tapas to entrees. Dining experiences include our Garde Manger Bartop and Chef's Table in the heart of the kitchen.
