We work tirelessly to ensure that our programming and services are meeting, exceeding, and anticipating the needs of our stakeholders. We collaborate with local stakeholders, compiling local Boards of Directors with personal and influential ties to their communities and employ programming professionals with extremely competitive and philanthropic compensation packages, enabling us to transcend the quality of traditional social services, and impact local workforces tremendously.
We work with local schools and community centers to identify and support youth with less than adequate resources to build a foundation for future success.
Our work with commitment facilities, juvenile parole officers and CareerSource® helps create curriculum, workforce development programming, and on-the-job training to combat recidivism rates.
We collaborate with local businesses to create tailored job positions and facilities accommodating disabled individuals, thereby providing them with meaningful employment opportunities.

Whether our client-employees are high school drop outs or are unable to attain a higher education for any reason, we provide education, vocational and career training, financial literacy courses, essential life skills training, and more.

With as little as 50 acres, we are able to develop our IDLEHAND Campus® concept in deserving communities. We work with local municipalities to identify qualified opportunity zones, underdeveloped communities, and economies with impactful unemployment that have the most to gain from the efforts of our organization. Our clients include high school drop outs to disabled veterans and benefit from our campuses' concentrated footprint of services. From GED to higher education placement services, financial literacy, career and mental health counseling, primary care, food assistance, and client-employee housing, IDLEHAND Campus targets the needs of our clients in every aspect of their lives.
IDLEHAND commits to our communities not only job preparedness resources, we also create job opportunities, with concepts developed by industry icons on our boards and community consultants, that coincide with a community's industry needs. For example, our APPRENTI, inclusivité cuisine®, French for Apprentice, inclusivity kitchen, concepts line, offers our client-employees jobs in communities driven by tourism. Each APPRENTI concept is an apprentice kitchen at heart. Driven literally by inclusivity, APPRENTI concepts provide on-the-job training, disability accommodations, and career advancement opportunities in, often times, multi-concept footprints that allow our culinary professionals to educate and train employees on different areas in a restaurant kitchen, cooking techniques, and international cuisines. APPRENTI concepts offers full-time apprenticeships in the culinary arts of pasta making, baking and pastries, traditional sushi preparation, smoked meats and barbecue, authentic Chinese cuisine and many more. In addition to operating a full-time restaurant, APPRENTI concepts provide local restaurants and hospitality outlets with goods and services superior to those produced by seasonal, non-local hires.
IDLEHAND Industrial Inclusivity Parks® offer businesses real estate developed with facilities for our disadvantaged community. These enhanced and accommodating Industrial Park concepts provide infrastructure for growing communities. A concept first introduced as a Regiopolis, Micropolitans are cities outside the core of a metropolitan area, that serve as an independent driving force for development within the larger region. The concept is used to develop rural to midsized urban regions within a greater community. Our Industrial Inclusivity Parks' commercial spaces are reserved for businesses that contribute significantly to the employment of our underutilized community.
In addition to our on-campus housing, IDLEHAND offers our client-employees small floor plans and single-family subsidized housing in gated and secured, neighborhood settings. For those with spouses and new families, our HIDELAND PARK® developments offer the safety, security and community of America's traditional suburban setting with an IDLEHAND Neighborhood Heart® center offering family services such as marriage counseling, afterschool programming and daycare. HIDELAND PARK provides our client-employees with a stepping stone to prepare their families for the next stage of their lives.
HIDELAND PARK housing opportunities are available to the public as well, when available, for qualified families.
Our IDLEHAND Wellness Retreat® concepts offer wellness, rehabilitation, recovery and mental health services with discretion and anonymity. Our tranquil retreats provide our client-employees with personalized care from board certified professionals. We also offer The IDLEHAND Wellness Retreat as a service to our partners for the benefit of their own employees.
IDLEHAND Wellness Retreat concepts are available to the public, as well, at standard rates and accept limited insurance plans.
Our H.A.N.D.S.® programming provides rehabilitation and recovery services for employees of tourism industries. Short for, Hospitality Alcohol and Narcotic Dependency Support, H.A.N.D.S. provides resources to an industry disproportionately affected by alcoholism and drug use. In a study looking at substance use within various industries, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration found the restaurant industry to be the most at risk for illicit drug use and substance use disorders and the third most at risk for heavy alcohol use.

H.A.N.D.S. programming includes remote services and support for all hospitality stakeholders and local services for communities driven by tourism, including residency for client-employees at IDLEHAND Wellness Retreats.
An acronym for Recidivism And Relapse Escape, R.A.R.E.® offers our client-employees the means to break free from the environments detrimental to their freedom and sobriety. Recidivism and Relapse share their number one factor. Returning to, or staying in, the environments and settings that enabled criminal and substance abuse tendencies is the leading cause of a continued life of crime and substance abuse. R.A.R.E. works with junior parole officers, affected families, judges, and our client-employees to provide opportunities for a new life, transplanting them from their current environments and setting them up for success with resources and job opportunities in communities far from the influence of their negative environments.

Our Board of Directors has been curated to include board certified clinicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, military veterans, law enforcement, servant-hearted professionals, industry leaders, personal development and employment coaches, career navigators, disabled professionals, foundation directors, curriculum professors and vocational instructors, to provide our youth with the foundation for a life of purpose.
